Silva is/was a full-time nanny to our son from 6 months until he went to preschool at age 3. He thrived in her care because she is patient and explains even the most complex topics such that a child can understand. She followed my sons interests and let him steer the plans and activities. She ensured that he was outside and was active nearly everyday. She is a great cook and provided healthy meals and exposed my son to a variety of foods to help expand his palate.
