In a long term cleaning experience I prefer to agree on a flat rate instead of hourly pay, it feel more comfortable and fair for both parties. Perfect match for what I was looking for! She's flexible, efficient and is open to a variety of different responsibilities. I really needed a "yes" person someone who has a helping heart and not a long list of I can'ts, which is hugely important for a mom who is struggling and truly needs help. She helps me with cleaning, organizing and chopping veggies, meal prep and any ad hoc tasks. This makes it much easier for me to execute on fresh cooked foods for my family which is a big priority for us.
