If you want your kids to get where they need to go, she will do fine. Unfortunately, you won’t get a lot of other things (communication with you, backpacks and lunchboxes emptied, dishes done etc), and she was routinely 10 min late. You have to be VERY explicit with your requests (ie you have to feed the children between coming home from school and taking them to after school activities) little anticipation of kids needs. Very quiet and Rarely speaks. Is on her phone often even in presence of adult in home during AM hustle to school instead of helping unless directly asked to do something. Broke her contract mid year to get more hours, but did give notice which was good.
