**Rates listed are a minimum estimate; actual rates are calculated per job based on travel, ages, hours, demand and type of work.* I'm a nanny, tutor, home/ pet sitter, cook, housekeeper, and I teach many styles of yoga and meditation. I've worked with several families and kids of all ages, including infants. I approach everything I do with presence, love, and intention. My top priority is the health, safety, and happiness of your family. I studied Gestalt Psychotherapy at Esalen Institute as a method of communication and relation, which I use to inform how I approach caregiving. Through relational learning and self inquiry, it encourages children, parents, and caregivers to communicate their feelings and needs clearly and effectively. This builds a foundation of self-awareness, healthy boundaries, and emotional literacy. I was a counselor at local Camp Skylandia for five summers, where I coordinated daily activities including singing, dancing, crafts, and imaginative group games.
