About Sierra

My name is Sierra, I am 26 years old and have worked with children and adults with developmental disabilities. I am currently attending MCC online to earn my associates in Early Childhood Education. I have nannied and babysat for many families and love to cook, clean, and create fun activities to do each day. I most recently worked as the Day Time Activity Manager at a care facility called Special Needs Services in Mesa before moving to Oregon. There I provided personalized care to 25 different adults with developmental disabilities to ensure their physical and emotional wellbeing. I have a passion for caregiving and feel fulfilled everyday that I get to work in this field.
