Hi, I'm Sierra! I have over 10 years of childcare experience, a psychology degree, an ECE certificate, and I'm CPR/First Aid certified. I'm also a mom to a 3-year-old and a Master's student in child psychology. Caring for a medically complex baby with severe food allergies has equipped me with specialized skills, including tube feeding, post-surgery handling, bandage care, epi-pen usage, medication administration, and specialized meal preparation. Being a mama myself, I understand the unique needs each family has and strive to ensure your family feels fully supported. Patience and gentleness are at the heart of my childcare philosophy, where I aim to meet each child where they are, creating a warm and supportive space that encourages exploration, socio-emotional growth, and a strong sense of security.
