Sierra was phenomenal with our 9-month old. I am just sad she doesn't live close to our home (in Texas). We hired her so we could go out for a day of skiing together, and she came to our hotel in Aspen. She has tons of experience with babies, great intuition and personality, and is thoughtful and attentive. She even bathed our little guy right before we came back from the slopes. Would hire anytime we come back to this area, no doubt!!
