Hi! My name is Sierra and I am excited to bring my extensive childcare experience and passion for helping families to your home. My journey began as a child serving in my church's nursery and continued through middle school, college, and beyond. During college, I was a Girl Scouts camp counselor, supervising 8-10 campers for week-long sessions, a role that deepened my love for creating enriching experiences for children. Professionally, I spent six years with a Memphis, TN nanny agency, providing long-term care, school drop-offs, pickups, and household management for high-profile families.
