Hello! My name is Sierra, and I've been caring for children since I was 13 years old. Growing up as the eldest of six siblings, I quickly learned the ropes of childcare. Over the years, I've had the pleasure of babysitting for numerous families, each experiencing enriching my understand and approach to childcare.
