We cannot say enough wonderful things about Sierra. She cares for our two year old and newborn full-time. They love her and she's become like family. She is extremely dependable, conscientious, caring, patient and thoughtful. The rapport between Sierra and our toddler is wonderful to see. Our toddler runs to the door to greet Sierra when she hears her coming through the garage in the morning. Sierra ably took care of both kids at the same time, which isn't easy considering the ages. She helped us potty train our toddler and has really helped our toddler to become more independent, such as putting away her toys, putting on her shoes, etc. Dealing with a toddler temperament for 8 straight hours is not easy, but Sierra does it patiently and with humor. The only reason we are parting ways is because our toddler needs interaction with kids her age. We absolutely recommend Sierra to anyone looking for a phenomenal nanny. She was great with our sweet but high maintenance rescue dog.
