My name is Sierra, I am 27 years old and have a passion for nurturing children's growth and development. I am currently a behavioral therapist for autistic children. Although I don't have years of experience I am dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children of various age groups. I am naturally nurturing, patient, creative and friendly which allows me to connect with children effortlessly. I believe in open communication with parents and prioritize their preferred method of receiving information about their child's day or any concerns that arise. Regarding household rules, I firmly believe in following the parents' lead to ensure consistency for the children. Whether it's playing educational board games, engaging in technology-based games, or supervising swimming activities, I enjoy a wide range of games and activities that promote learning and fun.
