Sierra is a wonderful young lady. She is dependable and responsible, willing to be flexible when the unexpected happens, and amazing with our kids. She is infinitely patient, willing to read book after book and join in imaginary play. They adore her. I never worry when she is in charge and I invariably come home to find laundry done, dishwasher unloaded, living room picked up and/or any number of other chores done that just make life easier. She has been a real blessing for us. I can not recommend her highly enough.
