Hi! My name is Sierra! I am a lover of all things outside and active to educational. I've been in this field for around 9 years! Full time nannying for about six! I'm currently employed full time and contracted with preferred nanny agency! I'm placed with an amazing family of a 2-year-old, and 13-week-old infant! I am seeking to transfer locations to the Norfolk area and seeking my next adventure and placement! I am a huge advocate in gentle parenting. Navigating the best way to communicate and respond with children, to build confidence in both parties. I promote independent play, socialization (through local programs (like the library, children's museum, and whatever recourses I'm given) and creativit! I use Montessori learning frequently, and steer free from screen time! I'm currently in a plus program for Early Childhood Core Director at CCAC (all online). I also have a background in early education and childhood psychology.
