About Sierra

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, outgoing, and kind. I like working with kids because there is never a dull moment. It's full of laughter and joy and no 2 days will be the same. They're full of potential and eager to learn and there is nothing more rewarding than enabling them to do just that! I'm looking for a job that lets me show my compassion, playful personality, and my communication skills. I love being kept on my toes and helping others and this field allows me to do just that. I started working with kids when I was younger helping my mom with her daycare. Her day care had kids ranged from infants to toddlers. In my spare time, I like to read, shop, and hangout with my family. One thing you should know about me is that I'm very determined. Once I put my mind to something I will accomplish it. My skills include CPR and first aid certification, experience with many ages, and experience with kids with disabilities from ADHD to PTSD.
