Sierra worked as our part-time Nanny, watching our 1 year old daughter for 3 months before she started daycare last Fall. She was very hands on and attentive with our daughter. Sierra took direction well, and always knew she could text my husband or myself if she had any questions. We felt very comfortable with Sierra and continue to use her as a babysitter as well, highly recommend!
