About Sierra

I became a caregiver because I wanted to make a positive impact on the lives of children. My experience as a nanny and babysitter has allowed me to do just that. My creative and imaginative personality helps me engage children in fun and educational activities. As a friendly and approachable caregiver, I prioritize open communication with parents. I provide verbal updates at pickup, and I'm happy to send regular updates via text or phone call, whichever the parents prefer. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules, and I believe consistency is key. I love playing games with children, and my favorites are outdoor sports and physical games, board games and puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. With 10 years of experience, I'm comfortable caring for two-three children at a time. I have some college education, and I'm certified in First Aid, CPR, and a Certified Nursing Assistant.
