We are extremely lucky to have hired Sierra for our 4 month old. The review below me does not represent at all what our experience has been. She's punctual, easy to communicate and extremely professional. Most importantly, we appreciate the clear bond our son made with her and how much sincerely she cared for him. There are so many videos she sent us that they are just laughing and having a good time that we will forever cherish ! (His dad has a hard time making him laugh :P) That is something money can't buy.
