About Sierra

Hi there, I'm Sierra, a kind and caring individual with extensive experience working with children in various roles. I've been privileged to nanny for a family friend with two kids for 2 years , taught swimming as a lifeguard at La Jolla YMCA for 3 years, assisted kids at Surf Diva's surf camp for 3 months in the summer, and contributed as a marketing and events intern at La Jolla by the Sea Association. Educationally, I attended Cathedral Catholic High School and recently graduated from the University of San Diego with a BBA in Business Administration. My top three childcare skills are patience, effective communication, and prioritizing safety. I've developed patience and the ability to handle challenging situations while working with children. Additionally, safety remains my utmost concern, backed by my experiences as a lifeguard and swim instructor, where I gained expertise in CPR and first aid.
