With over 5 years experience in the childcare field, I feel that I have gained excellent childcare experience with children of all ages. I love working with children and enjoy helping them learn and grow at every stage of their lives. My strengths as a nanny are that I am a responsible, reliable and caring person. I am passionate about furthering my time in the Nanny field, while I continue schooling to become a nurse. I've been working for a family with 3 kids in Winter Park for just over a year. Sierra worked for us as a housekeeper/ pet care/ assistant. She usually was on time but had trouble following instructions, even after several attempts to explain. She’d been recommended as a nanny previously. She is clean, and pleasant, but needs supervision. She damaged quite a bit of our furniture as well as the vacuum itself by hitting the furniture. She’s bright but needs to learn how to follow directions. Hopefully, she’s doing better now. We wish her well wherever she is best suited.
