Hi there! I'm Sierra and I'm a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist Associate. I have extensive childcare, pet-sitting, and housesitting experience (13 years) and am not your average, passive babysitter/caretaker. I pride myself on taking a vested interest in those put in my care and do all I can to not only adequately meet their needs, but form meaningful relationships with the families I am fortunate enough to work with. I do not and have never taken it lightly, being invited into a family system even if only in a small way. I am attentive, engaging, and if the kids I've watched in the past could they'd tell you I'm the "funniest person in the world." :) I have a goofy side that kids really connect with but also a soft side that helps me in those serious moments. It's important to me that those in my care have fun but also feel secure and safe. I grew up taking care of 4 younger siblings which I strongly believe adds to my ability. Sierra was the BEST! We will definitely be using her again. She was sooo sweet and good with our 4 month old son. She was great at communication, very understanding, and accommodating. Our son loved her, and we can’t wait to use her again. We trust her with our son, which says a lot because this is our first child, and he is so young. It is very hard to leave him on the care of anyone that isn’t family. But we trust him with Sierra. We are so glad we found her on here.
