Sierra is fantastic. Her love of children is apparent and her experience as a mom was a huge asset to me with my girls. She did a great job managing our twins and her son, keeping everyone safe and happy. She helped us transition through baby led weaning and created activities that kept the kids engaged at every phase. She is always responsive and a great communicator. I felt like she really genuinely cared for my kids, in addition to looking after them as her job, and that was very important to me.
