I've been caring for children and babies as young as newborns (my strong suit) for over a decade. They say my superpower is being able to put babies to sleep! I love to babywear, so if you have a baby they'll probably be wrapped on me a lot of the time I'm a strong believer in independent play, so with kiddos I often prefer going on outings and/or being in nature's 'original playground' - letting kids "be feral" and get messy and even scrape their knees a little helps them learn about the world and themselves. I always guide and encourage with compassion! I also love to cook and can easily whip up a healthy AND delicious meal. At the same time, I believe in a balanced lifestyle that can include things like popsicles on a hot day and pizza & popcorn (for kids old enough to eat popcorn lol) for a movie night! I also enjoy gardening, nature walks, and my mountain life! If your kiddos are nature lovers, they'll have a friend in me

Sierra is wonderful! She is so knowledgeable about babies and children alike, plus she’s interactive, creative, patient, playful, and stern when needed. We couldn’t ask for more. She even went the extra step and started reading books to learn how to better handle our toddler, who can be wild. She’s taught me a few things too - which I can sincerely appreciate. We love Sierra, and now my three-year-old son cries on the days she doesn’t come. But don’t hire her because she’s ours!
