About Sierra

Hi! My name is Sierra, I am an Elementary Education major looking for some work this summer and during student teaching. I have my Missouri Substitute certification, so I am qualified to help with homework or plan age appropriate education engaging activities. I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and making a positive impact on their lives. When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in transparent and open dialogue. Whether it's during pickup, through text, or phone calls, I ensure parents receive regular updates about their child's day and address any issues promptly. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and ensuring a safe and structured environment for children. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, from outdoor sports and physical activities to board games and technology-based apps. I have a reliable transportation, am comfortable with pets, and look forward to hearing from you! :)
