About Sierra

I can work with schedules! I have 2 days off I'm completely free and can work anytime you need me to! I'm passionate about caring for children and helping them grow and develop. I have raised my 3 siblings with also one year of childcare experience, where I supported families by providing reliable and engaging care for their children. I am patient, friendly, and approachable. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and follow their preferred method of communication to discuss their child's day or any issues that arise. Regarding household rules, I follow the parents' lead to ensure consistency for the children. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports and physical games, I have experience with children of all ages, from infants to preteens. I am also comfortable with pets and have a car, making it easy to transport children to activities or appointments. I currently work as a CNA for special needs !
