Siera is absolutely wonderful. She has been a life saver for our family from the very beginning. She stands out above the rest in every part of the job. She's punctual, responsible, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and creative with my kids' activities . My favorite thing about Siera is that I know she genuinely cares about my children and she loves to be with them. They (all 4 of them) know that too, and they love her. They all always want to spend more time than we have with "Ms Siera." I also love her flexibility and willingness to do whatever I ask her to do. Our family situation is kind of crazy right now (deployed husband and upcoming move), so I sometimes have to change things last minute on Siera. She never complains and always wants to actually help us, not just do the job. She takes pride in her work. We love our Siera and will be so sad when we move. Siera is truly one of a kind.
