About Sidney

As a dedicated and experienced childcare provider with five years of babysitting/ nannying experience, I am passionate about nurturing the growth and development of young children. My previous babysitting roles have reinforced my love of working with kids, and I am excited to make a positive impact on their lives. I have experience with special needs/neurodivergent children as well as multiples. My experience with them has helped me learn to multitask and become a better caretaker. I believe in open communication with parents and strive to keep them informed about their child's day. I am flexible with communication methods and am happy to provide regular updates via text, phone call, or in-person at pickup, whichever the parents prefer. When it comes to household rules, I follow the parents' lead and ensure that the children are aware of and respectful of the rules.
