Interacting and giving the children my full time and attention that they need and deserve is something I firmly believe in. I am very easygoing, friendly and patient but also very reasonable at all times. I have worked in day cares where I was required to be certified and work with all ages from 6 weeks old infants to 13 years old teens. I have learned everything from making a kid laugh, doing arts and crafts with them, being active and studying with them to saving one's life. I am CPR and First Aid certified.

Having Shae as our nanny has honestly changed our life. She is incredibly intuitive with children - my kids (ages 7 and 5) adore her. She treats each day with them as special, coming up with fun activities and memories for them. She has helped our kids with homework, emotional regulation, baking, science experiments, park picnics, museum trips, sleepovers, and more. She is a safe space for them: they tell her when school days were hard and what they're struggling with, and she comforts and coaches them with care. I plan on remaining in our neighborhood specifically to continue working with Shae. Within 5 minutes of meeting her, my reserved daughter jumped into her arms. When our friend's kids are visiting, she easily forms a connection with them, too. I can't recommend her highly enough.
