My personality is kind, patient, and loving. I have 20 years of experience working with elderly, and special needs in a wide variety of environments. From nursing home, special care, home care I have experience. I assist with personal care, as bathing, dressing, companionship, meal prep, house work. I like caring for seniors because I like to help people in need of assistance, and listening to their stories. I'm looking for a position that I can use my gifts to help others, also coincides with my daughters homeschooling schedule. I started caring for seniors when I was living in New York. Then in North Carolina, and eventually , Vermont. One thing you should know about me is that I am compassionate, competent, and I love what I do. Shirley is a wonderful companion caregiver and CNA level caregiver as well. She genuinely cares about the people she takes care of. She goes above and beyond and make sure that her patients are comfortable. Shirley has had years of experience. She’s conscientious, dresses appropriately for the position, is kind,, honest and is a hard worker. Shirley does light housekeeping, cleans the house very well. She also prepares foods for her patient and assist them if they need help. I personally worked with Shirley for a little bit and found that she was the best person to work with assisting a gentleman with all of his care and needing to assist on certain days. Her experience helps through all situations. All that to say, I highly recommend Shirley as a caregiver !
