Shirlene has been the most incredible caregiver. We found her as our other caregiver quit with 1 day notice, and we were at a loss regarding my mother in law who has a colostomy bag and isn't the most pleasant of candidates. Shirlene helped bathe my mother in law, change her colostomy bag, and checked in on her when we went away for trips. We trust her completely not only caring for my mother in law, but being in our home. She's loving and has the most pleasant demeanor, which translates into incredible bedside manner. She really cares about who she's taking care of - and always communicated or asked to clarify regarding times. Couldn't imagine a better caregiver!
