About Shira

I love children and I want to make a difference in their lives. I am a patient, calm, creative, and friendly person who is very comfortable enforcing household rules. I have two years of paid experience babysitting for a family with 7 children, including an infant. I usually babysat them in the evenings and had to put them to sleep, all at staggered bedtimes! Most recently, I have experience with my three little brothers who are currently ages 3, 5, and 8. I know how crazy kids can get and I can confidently handle any situation that arises. I love to play games, do arts and crafts, make music, and be outside. I will gladly follow the parents' preferred communication method to ensure they are always informed about their child's day. I am happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. I am excited about the opportunity to meet new families and provide a safe and nurturing environment for their children.
