About Shira

I am a babysitter with a deep passion for nurturing children's growth, imagination and creativity. I have a year of experience working as an assistant teacher in a toddler classroom, have spent three summers as a camp counselor at a sleepaway camp, and have babysat for a range of ages. I am comfortable caring for up to four children of all ages. As a patient, friendly, and nurturing caregiver, I create a safe and calm environment for children to learn, play, and grow. I believe in open communication with parents and follow their preferred communication method to keep them informed about their child's day and address any issues that may arise. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules and enjoy facilitating a variety of activities for children, including art and imaginative play. I also have First Aid and CPR training, and am in college studying psychology and early childhood education. I am eager to support your children as they grow.
