Shilo has taken care of my kids after school for the past 2 years. She is punctual, reliable, and has patience. She has her own car with a safe driving record. She is a responsible, down to earth adult who is comfortable tackling everything from school projects to motivating the kids to keep their rooms organized. She has been extremely flexible and dependable. She has never called in sick or been late. I was a little hesitant to write this honest review/recommendation because she is such a good catch!
