About Shie

Hi! I'm Shie, I love kids and I am familiar with many different age groups. I grew up with many younger siblings who I often watched. I have worked at a summer camp where I cared for children from the ages of 4-6. I coached for a high school women's varsity field hockey team. During summer in college I cared for a family with three kids (ages 13, 11 and 9). I have been both CPR and First Aid certified. Although these certifications are not current any longer I would be glad to renew these certifications if requested. I am very active so I enjoyed taking the kids on walks and playing outside. I am leaving corporate life and plan to get my Masters so i'm looking for work that I enjoy in the meantime and I have found that i've always been happiest working with kids!
