Change residents Briefs. Help residents to the rest room. Make occupied and unoccupied beds. Take vitals. Help residents on bed pans/help them off and to the bathroom. Feed residents or assist with feeding. Catheter care. Personal hygiene care (hair brushing, shaving, denture care, teeth brushing, Nail clipping/filing). Give bed baths, partial baths, or showers. Assist residents with getting dressed. Pass out ice water & Coffee. Pick up residents room if messy. Sweep, Mop, dust, and wipe down residents rooms and halls. Pass out snacks and drinks. Pass meal trays/ pick up meal trays. Transfer residents (from bed to wheelchair, wheelchair to bed, wheelchair to shower chair, bed to chair). Used gait belt to assist residents with walking or standing. Used the Hoyer lift and stand lift to assist residents with getting up into their wheel chair. Preform check and change every hour. Helped with meditation. Kept charts on residents moods, what they ate, what their moods where for that day.
