Sheryl was a fantastic caregive for my elderly mom with dementia. She brought a very high energy level and positive enthusiasm to her work every day. She actively engaged my mom by talking with her, explaining all her care steps, massaging her arms and legs. I’m convinced this high level of energy and engagement really helped my mom have a better quality of life. I say this because my mom ate and drank more when Sheryl was with her for the day, and Sheryl always made her smile. Beyond engaging my mom and having a lot of energy, Sheryl was a gentle and detailed caregiver. She administered medication and managed wound care, and helped keep my mom clean and well kept with her hair in braids. I can definitely recommend Sheryl as a caregiver for an aging relative – I don’t believe very many people are capable of her level of care and energy.
