She is very compassionate, supportive and professional. She is a pleasant even tempered person who put me at ease right away. She listened to what we were able to tell her about my medical history, the strategies we had developed to deal with my challenges and immediately adapted to meet my needs. She also listened when I just needed to talk. She is an outstanding caregiver.
