About Sherry

My childcare journey began as a side job during my teenage years and has grown into a rewarding experience that I cherish. My experience has been mainly with private families and I also have some experience working in a daycare. I have been hired by many families on care. com, all being families whom have children under the age of 5. Since most of my experience has been spent with babies and toddlers, I have been a part of the developmental milestones that children experience in their earliest and youngest years. From bottles to finger food, breastmilk to formula, two naps a day to only one, crawling to walking, and more. Everyday I make sure to structure age appropriate learning activities along with fun activities as well. I value strong and open communication and my goal is to always have an authentic and trusting relationship with parents/guardians. I am CPR & First Aid certified, I have my own vehicle, and I have a degree in psychology. I also have references to provide.
