I have worked with adults with Autism spectrum disorder /DD and Down's syndrome and have done so for 18 years. I managed the facility for most of that time. I am trained in CPR/first aid and I am AMAP certified in New York State.(legally able to give medication ). I am well versed in medical terms and understand all diagnoses and treatments. I pay close attention to detail in all matters. I have two children of my own and I also have a two Grandsons. . I am now retired but definitely not ready to stop helping people. I looking to help within the area if possible.
