We feel incredibly fortunate to have had Sherrie as our nanny for our son. From the moment we welcomed her into our home, Sherrie became an integral part of our family. Her dedication, compassion, and unwavering commitment to the well-being of our child have left us in awe. Sherrie's professionalism is top-notch. She consistently arrived on time, fully prepared to engage our son in meaningful activities and age-appropriate learning experiences. Her creativity knows no bounds, and she always managed to keep our son excited and engaged. Sherrie's ability to balance educational and playtime activities is truly remarkable. Bonus: she is bilingual, a former teacher and incredibly gifted at making learning fun. And outside the expected scope of Sherrie's work, when we returned home from work each day, the house was tidier than when we left it. (A godsend!) What sets Sherrie apart is her genuine love for children. She has an innate ability to connect with kids on a deep level. Our son adores her, and it's clear that they have formed a strong bond of trust and affection. Sherrie is not just a caregiver; she is a role model who instills values like kindness, respect, and responsibility. Sherrie also proved to be an exceptional communicator. She kept us updated on our son's daily activities, milestones, and any concerns promptly and with great detail. This open and transparent communication gave us peace of mind while we were away at work. (She kept a detailed notebook and even assembled a beautiful, touching scrapbook for our family at the end of her tenure with us.) One of the qualities we appreciate most about Sherrie is her flexibility. She was always willing to accommodate our ever-changing schedules. Knowing that Sherrie was there to support our family was a tremendous relief. In addition to her outstanding caregiving skills, Sherrie is trustworthy, dependable, and responsible. We felt completely at ease leaving our child in her capable hands, knowing that his safety and well-being were her top priorities. Sherrie, you have been a blessing to our family, and we cannot thank you enough for the love and care you've provided to us.
