About Sherri

I have raised two children who are college graduates and employed full time. I retired after 31 years teaching school. I also worked in churches as a minister and volunteer. Since moving to the shore I have served 7 years as a hospice chaplain until the company closed this year. I'd describe my personality as enthusiastic, caring, and responsible. I like working with kids because they need care, challenges and consistent expectations. I'm looking for a job that is part time, 2-3 days a week. I started working with kids when I was in sixth grade, and have continued on. In my spare time, I like to read, go to the YMCA and shop. One thing you should know about me is that you can count on me to do what I say. My skills include consistency, caring, and creativity in managing the schedule for your family.
