I started a in home DayCare back in Norfolk Virginia. I had only 5 children ages 2 to 8. They received meals for breakfast and lunch. I had educational tables set up based on their ages. I potty trained and taught basic studies they learned ABC's, Colors, Home phone and address, how to count, tie their shoes and reading. After a year I realized I wanted to get back to working for a company so I went to work for General Electric before getting licensed to become an insurance agent. I gave the families a month to find another daycare and I assisted them with finding them great places.
