Hello, my cooking experience started approximately 10 years ago. I began first in the Front of the House as a Hostess and cashier at places such as Cafe, California Pizza Kitchen just to name a few. Then my love for cooking took over completely. So, I began my journey as a cook. I've worked at Corner Bakery, Panera Bread, on the food assembly line. Then, I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts and landed at Hospital of Lake Forest as a prep and line cook. From there, I've cooked for Longhorn Steakhouse, Sodexo Culinary company, Advocate Condell Hospital, Great Lakes Naval Base, Cheddar's, and Cooper's Hawk Winery. I've been a Prep, Appetizer Cook, Cold Station Cook, Deli, Line cook, Short Order Cook and 2nd Lead Cook.
