About Sherilyne

Hello! My name is Sherilyne, and I'm a 24-year-old 4th-grade teacher in the Snohomish School District. I have over two years of teaching experience and six years of working with children in various settings. I graduated from Western Washington University with a degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Multi-Language Learning (MLL). Previously, I was a reading teacher specializing in early reading skills and phonics, helping students develop a strong foundation in literacy. I'm passionate about supporting students academically while building their confidence and love for learning. As a tutor, I provide personalized, engaging lessons tailored to each student's needs, whether it's strengthening reading skills, mastering foundational concepts, or improving study habits.
