About Shemeca

I'd describe my personality as being committed, easygoing and very optimistic. I like caring for seniors because it gives one a sense of self fulfillment, by being able to make a difference in someone's life by offering companionship, helping with daily living activities and assisting where necessary. I'm looking for a job that I can grow into, learn more as I progress in my career and also where I can use the skills I already possess to make a difference in a person's life. I currently work part time as a PCT at Hartford Hospital where I give care to pre-op and post-op patients. In my spare time, I enjoy working out at the gym, or having a good book to read. One thing you should know about me is that any responsibility I take into employment, I do it to the best of my ability, with pride, grace and enthusiasm. My skills include monitoring vital signs, daily living activities, running errrands, light housekeeping and providing companionship.
