As a soon-to-be mother, I'm drawn to childcare to gain hands-on experience before my baby arrives. I work part-time caring for kids, and expanding my hours will give me more practice. I'm patient, calm, creative, friendly, and approachable, which makes me a natural fit for childcare. I believe in clear communication with parents. I provide written daily reports and have verbal communication at pickup, but I'm also flexible and can follow the parents' preferred method of communication. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules, and I like to keep the kids engaged with a variety of games, including outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and technology-based games and apps. With one year of experience under my belt, I am comfortable caring for multiple children at a time. I have some college education and only speak English. I am willing to help with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. I am First Aid and CPR trained.
