About Shelly

I'd describe my personality as fun, structured, and loving. I like working with kids because I have two of my own, 5 years old and 2-year-old. They are the light of my life and children have so much love to give. I enjoy playing with children and helping them learn new fun things. I'm looking for a job that I can keep my children with me and help care for another families children. I started working with kids when I was 19, I used to nanny for a couple families. When I was 23 I had my first born and stayed at home with her until I had my second born. After my second child I started teaching Private Pre-K at Big Blue Marble Academy in Villa Rica and currently enrolled in college for my bachelors degree in early childhood education with a duel licensure in special education. In my spare time, I go to the park, and play outside with my children and dogs. My skills include multitasking, fast learner, creativity, being tidy, problem solving and communication skills.
