About Shelly

I have been called to my first love of taking care of people, getting my degree as a medical administrative assistant allows me to do that. In some small way I know I can make a difference, knowing that someone is there to help people navigate the medical field when it comes to insurance claims, medical records and customer service. Coming from a family that grew up with cats, dogs, rabbits , chickens, and occasionally ducks, geese and pheasants that my father would raise and release. Until recently I lived with two dogs, named Katrina and Widget who have passed on, and a cockatoo named Indy. That is probably where I learned what empathy and caring was. I am patiently waiting until I am finished with classes in June, 2025 I probably should have gone into veterinary work when I was younger, but nursing was always my first love. Taking care of people, or animals it doesn't matter, our animals are all a part of our families.
