Shelley had a wonderful personality and was very friendly from the moment we met her. We hired her for a long-term, part time nanny position and she was only with us for four days until she advised she wouldn't be able to work with us anymore. I received less than 48 hours notice (over the weekend) then she did not follow up on text messages.
