I've worked at the airport as a customer service agent giving support and comfort to anxious passengers. I've worked as a security guard and my responsibility was to keep a safe environment and to keep the public calm. Also I've been a receptionist with routing hundreds of calls to certain areas. I took care of my grandmother in the last 5 years of her life making her live comfortable, positive and upbeat as possible.
