About Shelia

I have worked in nursing homes and home health care for a total of 10 years. I enjoy working with seniors. They have amazing life experiences and usually love to tell you their life story. It is very nice to be able to help families care for their loved ones in a familiar environment. I have experienced having my own family members need care, so I understand the concerns that may arise when a family member advances to that point, regardless of whether it is companionship or more involved care. I am willing to follow your lead in the care of your family members and established routines. I will give updates in the manner you prefer. I am a non-smoker who is comfortable with pets. I will assist in housekeeping, meal prep, and medicine management. I do help with transportation, if needed, with prior arrangements. Please be assured that I will treat your family members with the kindness, respect, and dignity that they deserve.
